Charlotte, NC (July 2025) NXT | CLT is proud to announce the appointment of Kimberly E. Zouzoua as its new Executive Director. With more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership, Kimberly brings a passion for strategic growth, inclusive leadership, and entrepreneurial empowerment.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment for NXT | CLT, as the organization celebrates the successful completion of its 9th business accelerator cohort and launches recruitment for Cohort 10. With only a few seats remaining, applications are filling quickly for what promises to be another powerful chapter in NXT | CLT’s legacy of cultivating resilient entrepreneurs.
Kimberly has led at the highest levels of nonprofit leadership—driving over $10M in philanthropic giving, creating nationally recognized programs, and launching global youth initiatives. Most recently, as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Center for Women and Enterprise, she created the Women of Color Business Summit and expanded corporate engagement by 60%.
